Is Exercise The Key to a Bigger Butt?

When it comes to getting a bigger butt - which is most important, DNA/genetics or things like exercise and diet? The answer is it takes a mix of both. If your body genetically predisposed to store fat in areas like your mid-section, thighs or even your bust then no matter what you do, you'll probably never have a butt like Kim Kardashian, Serena Williams or Buffie the Body. That is not to undermine the benefits of muscle targeting exercises - but don't expect to go from the ass of a jackal to a booty like Coco by doing a few hundred squats and lunges either!
