 Juicy Magazine reports that Beyonce committed to daily double workouts starting just several weeks after giving birth to Blue. Her live-in trainer, Marco Borges, created a full-body transformative health program specifically optimized to help Beyonce tone lean muscle and burn fat in time to begin performing for a 4-day concert series over Memorial Day weekend. Beyonce’s workouts consisted of yoga, Pilates and plyometrics.
